My name is Mikiya Barber, and my journey of service began at the age of 17 in 2015 as an Ammunition Specialist. Over the years, I rose through the ranks to become an Army Logistics Officer, serving with distinction from 2020 until my retirement in 2025. Retiring with a 100% disability rating provided me with more than just a transition; it sparked a deep-seated mission to help my fellow service members. Recognizing the hurdles many face when seeking the support they earned, I founded VA Pathway Pro. Today, I leverage my decade of expertise to guide veterans through the complexities of the system, ensuring they receive the full benefits and recognition their sacrifices deserve.
